Challenges

Prior to the partnership, Oribags’ Meta campaigns were producing stable but stagnant results. The team needed a more sustainable strategy to break past the ROAS plateau and unlock scalable, high-quality conversions.

Strategy

To increase ROAS and purchase volume, we implemented a two-pronged approach:

  1. Top-of-Funnel Brand Awareness Content:
    • 🎬 Behind-the-Scenes Content: We brought transparency to the fulfillment process by showing how orders are packed, creating trust and operational credibility.
    • 👤 Founder Stories: A mini-series shared the founder’s journey, sparking emotional connection and brand affinity.
    • 📸 Product-Led Visuals: Highlighted the uniqueness of Oribags’ customizable offerings, fueling product interest and driving clicks into conversions.
  2. Google Ads Integration for Demand Capture:
    • We built and optimized Google campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping formats.
    • This allowed us to capture high-intent traffic and complement Meta’s discovery-led conversions with bottom-funnel reinforcement.
    • By combining Meta and Google ads, we maximized visibility across the full decision journey.

Overall Outcome

Feb 2023 – Dec 2023

  1. ROAS improved by 266%, nearly 3× compared to the starting point.
  2. Significantly more efficient acquisition costs on both platforms.
  3. Higher retention and repeat customer value due to stronger brand engagement.
  4. In 2024, we maintained this strategy — and despite rising ad costs and platform shifts, achieved a 20% year-over-year growth in revenue with consistent ROAS.
